Pyramid Masonry’s Dedication to Safety

Pyramid Masonry is fully committed to providing a safe worksite for our employees. Our safety director, Scott Wyatt, works closely with local and federal safety regulators to ensure our program meets or exceeds the industry’s standards. Scott also works closely with our clients’ safety directors to develop site-specific safety programs for our unique projects. We continually monitor and update our safety program as new standards are issued. Pyramid provides weekly safety training on all job sites, and we also issue a monthly safety newsletter to all employees to emphasize the importance of safety in the workplace.

Each of Pyramid’s on-site supervisors maintain an OSHA 30 hour certification and must complete daily, weekly, and other periodic safety checks of the worksite and equipment in use. Employees are trained to perform their individual tasks safely.

Scott Wyatt has been in the masonry field for 37 years. He has completed the OTI 510 course at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also has a Certificate of Construction Safety and Health from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Scott is an authorized OSHA Construction Outreach Trainer, a Silica Competent Person Trainer and has OSHA 30 Hour for construction as well.
